Downtown Mobile Wedding | Michelle + Hank
Downtown Mobile Wedding
Michelle and Hank are two amazingly sweet people! They were such a joy to be with on their wedding day and I’m honored they chose me to photograph their wedding! They had plans to get married on a boat, but the coronavirus changed that. Michelle told me she was honestly happy with the way things turned out because she was surrounded by only her closest family and friends on her big day. The couple spent their morning getting ready at the Battle House Hotel which is where they shared a first look before the ceremony. The lighting was stunning as they saw one another for the first time. Rather than get married on a boat, they got married in Downtown Mobile in Bienville Square. They were able to have a friend set up his microphone and guitar to serenade the guests while they waited and to welcome the bridal party into the wedding ceremony. Their family and friends stood around watching as the two committed their lives to one another. It was a perfectly intimate wedding!
The dish used for the bridal details was given to the bride by her grandmother as her first piece in her hope chest!
