The Barn at Bridlewood Hattiesburg, Mississippi June Wedding | Allicyn and Joshua
The Barn at Bridlewood in Hattiesburg, Mississippi is a gorgeous venue!! I traveled there for a recent wedding and I was blown away from its beauty! I second shot a wedding at this venue before, so I was familiar with the area, but had totally forgotten how stunning it was!
The Bride and Groom, Allicyn and Josh, are such an adorable couple. They truly love one another and it’s so apparent. These two have amazing Christian roots and there is no doubt that the Lord brought them together. I loved getting to be a part of Allicyn and Josh’s wedding!
One thing that I love the MOST on wedding day is the first look! Whether the couple opts to see each other before the ceremony or the couple waits for the aisle, it is such a special moment. Truly it’s magical! Allicyn and Josh decided to wait to see one another until Allicyn was walking down the aisle with her dad by her side. As their friend sang “I Get To Love You”, it seemed like time slowed down. The two had their eyes locked on one another and there were tears and smiles shown on their faces. Allicyn’s dad was beaming walking his beautiful daughter down the aisle to the love of her life. As the crowd stood, you could see tears rolling down the faces of those close to them. They both were so full of emotion there was not a dry eye in the area.
It’s moments like these that make me love doing what I do. I get to capture raw human emotion on one of THE most important days of their life. It truly means so much to me every time a couple books me to photograph their wedding. Picking your wedding photographer is such an important task and knowing that my couple trusts me to capture their moments humbles me.

I pray that you have a long healthy marriage that brings you both an overwhelming amount of joy. I know the Lord brought you two together and He will use you to glorify Him.
