Claire & Alex chose Carpe Diem for their engagement session location because that is where they had their first date!! I love that they chose somewhere special to them as a couple! Sadly, the coffee shop had closed for the day when we arrived to start their engagment session, but we were still able to get some beautiful shots outside of the building to showcase where they first began. We were extremely lucky that the weather held off for us. It was on and off sprinkling all day long, but the sky was clear during their engagment session! Mobile’s weather is so crazy that it’s hard to ever know exactly what you’re going to get during a photoshoot. Luckily, I LOVE overcast weather!! Typically it gives us more options in terms of backgrounds to choose from because we don’t have to worry about any harsh sun or shadows! I love it!!
