August Sunrise Engagement Session in Fairhope

On my way to Emily and Cameron’s photoshoot, the skies darkened and let out an unexpected downpour of rain. Luckily, these two were in town for the whole weekend so we were able to reschedule their photoshoot for a few days later and I was able to spend the evening with my husband and son enjoying dinner together in Fairhope.
Side note: If you haven’t eaten at “The Mill” in Fairhope, DO IT! They have so many options and the food was so good! Plus, they have some of my favorite cookies ever made by EllenJay. I had their lemon teacakes and sammies at my wedding and people still talk about how good those desserts were!
Due to the uncontrollable weather, Emily and Cameron’s engagement session got moved to a sunrise photoshoot and it could not have been more perfect! I don’t typically book portraits for the morning because I’m not a morning person what-so-ever. BUT, I am so happy that this session was taken during the beautiful light of the sun rising!! It was gorgeous!
Emily and Cameron are such a fun couple and I cannot wait for their wedding day at the beach next year!
