With tropical storm threats all day, it is a miracle that Lindsey and Andrew’s wedding day went as perfectly as it did! There were occasional spurts of rain, but nothing too bad, a literal answer to prayers! Bella Sera Gardens was a perfectly beautiful venue for their wedding day. Not much decoration is needed in a space as pretty as this one!

All morning, Lindsey was very calm and said “it didn’t seem real yet”. This is a really common occurrence I see with my brides. But, once Lindsey stepped into her wedding dress and saw herself as a bride, that all changed! The feelings were all there at once! It’s always the dress that makes everything real.

Lindsey and Andrew were both so eager to see one another and get their day started. It was so sweet seeing Lindsey break into tears at the sight of her husband-to-be all dressed up in his tux. Being near one another helped them both relax and enjoy their special day. They hugged, kissed, and laughed the rest of the day together! One reason first looks are becoming so popular is the realization that doing one means you get to spend the majority of your wedding day together! When you wait for the aisle moment (which there’s nothing wrong with waiting), your day is already halfway gone and you’ve been apart for most of the day. On one of the most important days of your lives together, don’t you actually want to be together as much as possible?
