Fairhope Bluff Wedding

Heather was one of the calmest brides that I have ever met! Their wedding day was laid-back allowing them to really take in all the moments and enjoy their wedding day.

They got married on the Fairhope Bluff - which is the beautiful grassy area above the pier that overlooks the water. I honestly did not know that this was an option for a wedding venue, and I absolutely love it!! Everything about the ceremony space was perfect and simple. Heather and Blake chose to have a family relative be their officiant which made the ceremony personalized to them! It was very sweet and sentimental.

After the ceremony, we were able to run down to the pier to take a few beach sunset portraits! We got lucky with a beautiful sunset that night. They spent the rest of the evening celebrating at The Balcony (which is another gorgeous venue in Fairhope). Their first dances were lively full of twirling and laughter by all! Blake shared a very sweet moment with his grandma as they danced together before the party really got started. I am 100% convinced that dancing with grandma at the reception should be a thing more grooms participate in! I loved it!

Before I left them to enjoy their party, the toasts were given by Heather’s dad and best friend. They were all in tears by the end of the sweet sentiments shared. I am so honored that I got to be a part of this beautiful wedding day!

Congratulations Heather and Blake!!
