Adventurous Downtown Mobile Engagement Session

Living in Mobile comes with the constant threat of rain which can be no good when it comes to being a photographer. I do love shooting in the rain, but thats not an everyday thing or what every couple wants out of their photoshoot. This sweet couple were scheduled to have their engagement session take place just days after Hurricane Sally hit. Luckily we all were safe, but some roads were closed down due to trees in the roads and power outages. Since all of that craziness was going on, we decided to reschedule their shoot for the next week and I am so happy that we did!!

The weather was absolutely beautiful for Abby and Cody’s engagement session! Which made walking around downtown Mobile that much more fun!! We had a great time exploring as we looked for good photoshoot locations with pretty backgrounds. I typically shoot in fields and around a bunch of trees and greenery, so this shoot was something different and it challenged me creatively which I loved!!!

Getting out of your comfort zone can be beautiful!
